“Black Friday” Shopping? No, Thanks!
Are you going to brave it? Standing in line, in the cold, in the dark, for hours… Just waiting for the store to open, so you can pick up the Hot Whatzit of 2008 at a great price? Not me. I’ve thought long and hard, and I honestly think I can say I have NEVER gone out shopping on “Black Friday” – or the weekend after Thanksgiving as a whole. In the past, reasons have included, but were not limited to: Due to people’s weird and conflicting schedules, we’ve actually celebrated Thanksgiving
